The use of color and meaning is an important part of mediumship. Colors can be used as a key to open the gate to someone's inner self. A medium can use the colors as a way to easily focus on the recipient. It's an easy way to start painting and express the energy. In this way the clairvoyant images come more easily, you are less busy with your thinking.
Colors that you perceive within are visual impressions of energies. Traditionally, certain qualities are assigned to each color. However, those are general meanings of colors and it is more important to learn your own associations and meanings of colors first. We will be working on that a lot in class. You don't have to see the colors, go in with your feeling. The colors tell you about the past, present and the possibilities of the recipient, on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
