If you have any questions about purchasing a unique and original work of art or if you are not sure how the terms and conditions may apply to your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Webshop order confirmation and shipping
We offer several secure payment methods. If you choose to purchase via bank transfer, we will prepare the shipment once payment is received.

You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed the order, and a track & trace code within 2-3 working days after the order confirmation.
We pack the painting securely in layers of bubble wrap in a cardboard box.
If you see damage when your package is delivered, you can either reject the shipment as [damaged – return to sender] or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as [received damaged, subject to further inspection]. Please submit the claim immediately! We strongly recommend that you keep all packing materials. When you call you will need the tracking number of your shipment, a description of the damage and its value. Take pictures of the damaged package and send them to Margreet Blaas with the info of your actions on it.

A painting commissioned
After receiving an order you will receive a price specification of the artwork and an estimated time schedule.
After Margreet has completed a commissioned painting, you will receive photos by e-mail. Adjustments can be made based on your wishes. After approval you can pay for the artwork via bank transfer. After receipt of full payment, the shipment is prepared.

Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to return items (excluding commissioned paintings), they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to Margreet Blaas in its original condition and without damage. You will receive a full refund of the item, only shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you paid for the item through PayPal, PayPal may charge you for the refund of funds. These possible costs are not covered by Margreet Blaas.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the quality of the product, or if you have received the wrong product, Margreet Blaas will resolve the situation to your satisfaction as soon as possible. Please contact us so that we can initiate the appropriate actions.
Margreet Blaas has the right to cancel an order if the price or one of the specifications of an item is not displayed correctly.

Privacy statement
This website does not collect any personal information other than that entered by those who purchase our products. Any information provided to purchase a product will be used solely for that purpose and will not be disclosed to third parties. Credit card details will only be retained if required by the processing company to demonstrate customer approval of the transaction.
